Quiet Weekend

imageHad a lovely pre-vacation weekend. The weather decided it was summer, which I could have used some warning about. (I’m sure the dogwood was thinking the same thing.) But it was beautiful out. Ate dinner with the folks and saw Bette’s interpretation of The Three Musketeers, which totally rocked. And dropped in at Commander Salamander while walking around in Georgetown. Wasn’t how I remembered it. But then it probably isn’t. Right now, I’m hanging out in my room in Vegas, listening to the rollercoaster go by every two minutes. Headed down to grab some pizza and a nap before revisiting Nine Fine Irishmen.

Oh SCORE. The plus of having the roller coaster outside the window is that if I get off the elevator on 2 instead of 1, it dumps me out into the middle of the arcade. And they have that shooting thing Ashley and I played that one time where neither of us could walk the next day. And also Time Crisis. And House of the Dead. And. I might need to go down there.

I remember that game! Coasters and video games? What a great weekend!
